Ensim Unify gives service providers and third-party independent software vendors (ISVs) the ability to plug in Application Manager modules to control the provisioning of new hosting services.

The Unify Software Development Kit (SDK) allows ISVs and service providers to create service managers - ready-to-deploy software connectors that integrate their applications with the resources and functionality of the Unify Platform. This enables the applications to be delivered as “Software as a Service”/SaaS.

Creating Application Managers Using the Unify SDK

The Application Manager SDK can be used to create an Ensim Unify Application Manager for any application so that it can use all the facilities provided by the Ensim Unify platform. These include provisioning, resource management, metering, health monitoring, and other management and administration tasks for the application. This enables the application to be delivered in the SaaS model.
